SA Bias Industries is proud to announce the acquisition of Whisper Pumps, a respected UK‑based supplier of pumping solutions with more than 30 years of industry expertise. Whisper Pumps’ new home will be within the CTS Group—alongside CTS Middle East and Castle Pumps—which forms part of the Flowmax Group, a major division of SA BIAS Industries.

This realignment further strengthens Flowmax’s position as a specialist provider in the global fluid‑handling sector and enhances the technical depth, product availability, and service capabilities across the entire group.

Helec Ltd has officially joined Essco, part of the Flowmax Group

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Helec Ltd has officially joined Essco Group.

With over 17 years of expertise across sectors such as district residential, primary healthcare, education and hospitality, we have emerged as one of the UK’s leading providers of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems. Our reputation for delivering comprehensive, energy efficient systems, aligns perfectly with the Essco long term strategy to offer smarter, integrated products across there wide range of products & a portfolio of pre-fab plant room offerings.

Helec’s expertise will continue to include the supply & installation of Combined Heat and Power packages, along with comprehensive service and maintenance contracts to ensure long term performance.

We will continue to supply thermal stores and buffer vessels, commercial Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Thermal hot water systems.

As a compliment to Essco, Helec will still deliver turnkey district heating design and build services for residential schemes, whilst providing fully packaged plant room systems that are either prebuilt offsite or containerised for easy external installation.
